Sujika Bali, a local company which is based in Bali and our aim is to offer all our customers the most comprehensives range of travel services available and to provide each of our customers with the best comfortable top quality of private villa that offers value for money with our personalised and friendly services to make your vacation are more enjoyable and truly memorable one.   

A Confirmed Booking

It is considered a confirmed booking when a deposit / full payment has been received into our account. Payment must be made to our USD Bank account within the due date given on the invoice.

Number of Guest

Only a number of guests stated at booking agreement are allowed to stay in the villa, the number can not be exceeded. Any gathering / events / parties can only be held upon approval by the owner.  Extra charges (event fee, cleaning fee, local community support will be applied to any events).

Check In – Check Out

Check in time : 3-5pm (based on villa’s policy) 

Check Out time 10-12 noon  (based on villa’s policy) 

Early check in / Late check out can only be accommodated subject to owner approval with additional charge may incur to these activities.

Cancellations / Booking Amendments

In the event that the Guest cancels / Amends a confirmed booking:

Cancellations: The payment is non refundable, therefore we strongly recommend to the guest to take a Travel Insurance that would cover  in case of a cancellation due to personal unexpected circumstances.
Some owners are willing to issue credit notes at the amount paid, it’s totally at the owner’s discretion. 

Booking Amendment : A fee will be applied to each booking amendment to a confirmed booking with deposit. This can only be done subject to availability and approval from the respective villa owner.

Responsibilities

Any damage/loss to the villa or its contents due to misuse during your stay, as well as any special cleaning requirements, will be your responsibility. The potential costs involved will have to be discussed with the owner and will be billed to guests accordingly.  The villa and all furniture, fittings, facilities and equipment should remain in the same condition as they were prior to guest arrival.

We do not accept any liability for any physical injury, sickness, death, loss, damage, inconvenience or additional expenses incurred by the guest, their party or visitors regardless of the cause;
We do not accept any liability for any injury, death, loss, inconvenience or damage, alteration, delay or cancellation of the booking as a result of war, threat of war, riot or civil strife, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), natural disaster, fire, sickness, weather conditions, action at an airport or port by any government or public authority, technical problems relating to transport and airport regulations caused by technical, mechanical or electrical breakdowns or with the guests’ accommodation or other circumstances as amounting to ‘force majeure’ or Acts of God or other similar events beyond 

Useful Information

  • Your passport must have at least two blank pages and be valid for at least six months beyond the date of your arrival in Indonesia.
  • Alcoholic beverage is only allowed 1 litre/ adult passenger (only for 21 years old above); Cigarettes is only allowed 200 cigarettes, 25 cigars, 100 grams of sliced tobacco or other tobacco products (only for 18 years old above); Raw food (vegetable, fruit, seeds, and meat) is required permission from Quarantine in Country of Origin and Indonesia Quarantine.
